What to include
Write from an email address where we can reply.
If your message is about a tool issue, include:
- the page or tool URL;
- interface language;
- browser and device;
- when it happened;
- what you expected;
- what actually happened;
- the error message, if there was one.
What not to send
Do not send private documents, real production secrets, passwords, tokens, private keys, medical data, financial documents, children’s data, or someone else’s personal data unless we specifically ask for the minimum necessary extract and you have the right to share it.
If a file is sensitive, create a safe test sample instead of sending the original.
Support
Use support@utilio.to for bugs, tool behavior, accessibility, localization, and general product questions.
Do not use the support address for legal notices, privacy requests, or vulnerability reports. Use the dedicated address so the request is handled correctly.
Privacy requests
Use privacy@utilio.to.
Tell us which right you want to exercise, your country or state, the relevant context, and the email address connected to the request.
We may ask you to verify your identity or representative authority before we disclose or change data.
If GDPR applies, the ordinary response period is one month. If CCPA/CPRA applies, timing and verification follow the applicable rule. For Russian personal data law and other laws, response timing and form follow the applicable law.
Copyright, abuse, and legal notices
Use legal@utilio.to.
Include:
- the right holder or claimant;
- the URL or exact location of the issue;
- a description of the issue;
- proof of authority, if you act for someone else;
- contact details;
- a good-faith statement;
- confirmation that the information is accurate.
Security reports
Use security@utilio.to.
Include:
- scope;
- impact;
- steps to reproduce;
- a minimal proof of concept;
- affected URL;
- discovery date;
- a safe way to contact you.
Do not access anyone else’s data, exfiltrate data, modify data, run DDoS or load tests, bypass limits beyond what is minimally necessary, or publish details before we respond.
Reports that violate these rules may be treated as abuse.
Government and law-enforcement requests
Send official government requests to legal@utilio.to.
Include the agency, legal basis, authority, specific data requested, deadline, and contact person.
We may review the legality, jurisdiction, scope, and authenticity of the request, require proper process, and notify the user unless the law prohibits it.
