Terms of Use
These terms govern access to Utilio and use of the online tools at utilio.to.
Key terms
- Use Utilio only for data you have the right to process.
- Review outputs before using them in legal, financial, medical, security, or production-critical work.
- Attacks, limit bypassing, rights violations, and unlawful or harmful content processing are prohibited.
1. Acceptance
By using Utilio, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Utilio provides browser-side and server-side online tools for PDFs, images, text, development, generators, and file viewing.
The current public version may change. Some functions are local, and some may call Utilio servers or third-party APIs.
3. Your data and files
You keep your rights in files, text, domains, images, documents, and other data you process through Utilio.
You grant Utilio only the limited right to process that data as needed for the selected tool, security, diagnostics, and legal compliance.
Do not upload or paste data if doing so violates a contract, law, trade secret, copyright, privacy, or third-party right.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Utilio lawfully and in good faith.
- Do not attack, scan, overload, bypass limits, or try to access someone else's data.
- Do not use the service for malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, or protection bypass.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to process.
- Do not remove copyright, brand, or source notices if the service includes them.
- Do not automate high-volume use without separate permission if it harms service stability.
5. Output review
Tools may produce incorrect output because of source file format, browser limits, third-party libraries, network errors, or data-specific edge cases.
You are responsible for reviewing results before using them in documents, publications, production systems, or legal, financial, medical, tax, educational, or security workflows.
6. Third-party services
Some tools may call third-party services such as DNS-over-HTTPS providers, CDN, hosting, email, or monitoring providers. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.
Utilio is not responsible for third-party websites, APIs, libraries, browser extensions, or external networks that it does not control.
7. Intellectual property
Utilio, its interface, brand, text, structure, service source code, and design are protected by applicable rights. You receive no rights to the brand or code except the right to use the public service under these Terms.
If you believe material infringes your rights, send notice to legal@utilio.to with the right involved, URL, ownership evidence, and contact details.
8. Availability, changes, and suspension
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free tools, or preservation of temporary results.
We may change, limit, or discontinue functions when needed for security, legal compliance, maintenance, resilience, or product development.
We may limit access for Terms violations, abuse, legal requests, security risks, or harm to other users.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utilio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, expectations, or harm from using or being unable to use the service.
If liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law or the amount you actually paid Utilio in the previous 12 months, if any.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Utilio operator is legally established, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country.
Before a formal dispute, contact legal@utilio.to so we can try to resolve the issue directly. For ordinary support, use support@utilio.to.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or operating model changes. Continuing to use Utilio after the updated version is published means acceptance unless applicable law requires a different process.
